Description
The roof canopy includes:
- a structure made of 316L stainless steel hoops (the only type resistant to salty air), with tube diameters of 25mm. The hoops are delivered already connected by 316L stainless steel joints, ready to be inserted into the hinged plates to be screwed onto the roof.
- the acrylic coated fabric canvas.
It is an assembly of 78 pieces of fabric including- the marine fabric itself, with the exterior made of fabric and the interior covered with a coating to make it waterproof,
- the 1mm transparent crystal, treated with UV protection. The glazed parts of the canopy ensure optimal visibility. Crew members can monitor surrounding traffic, the heading, and sail trim while staying protected.
- reinforcements placed at strategic points known to wear prematurely. The sides of the canopy are fully reinforced as they endure the most exposure to the elements and deteriorate the fastest.
- The canopy is entirely piped for a perfect aesthetic and durable finish.
- The stitching is done with UV-treated sail thread, so it will not come undone prematurely due to the effects of sun, moon, and saltwater.

- Intense interview
- Prepare a solution with 1/10 bleach, 2/10 soap, and 7/10 water. Gently scrub. Let sit for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to air dry. Re-waterproof with TEX'AKTIV GUARD, available on our website.
