Shipping and Returns
When shipping is offered during promotional campaigns, it applies to products with a value equal to or greater than €500 including tax that can be delivered by Colissimo.
Packages are shipped within the timeframe indicated on the selected product and after receipt of payment and, if applicable, the approved measurement sheet if the product requires it. They are shipped via La Poste and delivered without signature, as well as by carrier requiring a signature.
The delivery time for packages is 48 to 72 hours (business days) for France, 7 days for Switzerland and the European Union, and 20 days for the French overseas departments and territories.

Without our prior written consent, no returns will be accepted.
All custom-made products, that is, those linked to a measurement sheet or personalized with a color choice specific to the customer's request, or with marking chosen by the customer, are made to order. These products are therefore neither refundable nor exchangeable*.
Any claim for defects must be notified to us in writing no later than 10 days after receipt of the goods. Returns will be carried out with shipping paid by the customer and within a maximum of 8 days after acceptance of the return by us.
*In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, which states that withdrawal is particularly excluded (Article 121-20.2, 3rd paragraph) for contracts for the supply of goods clearly personalized or made according to the consumer's specifications.
