Description
Amiaud R&D has developed a new range of probe slides for transom mounting. These RACING SEANOX slides are designed to fit a wide variety of probes thanks to their oblong holes, offering fine adjustments for better detection.
The movable part of the slides is equipped with a universal mounting plate to receive the probe bracket. This movable part is held in the lowered position by a stop and offers an additional adjustment of 35 mm (+17.5 mm upwards and -17.5 mm downwards).
They are reinforced to withstand the stresses of fast boats and are equipped with a spray shield plate. Furthermore, they allow the probe to be completely removed simply by loosening the tightening knob. This can be useful during beaching, trailering, or lifting for dry dock storage. This operation also facilitates cleaning the probe without the need for antifouling.
The main features of these slides are as follows:
Material: 2 mm thick 316L stainless steel, and 3 mm for the probe mounting plate.
- Overall dimensions: 415030 287mm/75mm, 415050 398mm/75mm, 415080 533mm/75mm
- Movable part with adjustable stop: lengths: PM 220mm, MM 220mm, and GM 320mm.
- Fixed part with stop: lengths: PM 218, MM 333, and GM 468mm; width: 38mm.
Mounting holes for transom attachment diameter 6.2mm.
- Probe mounting plate 175 mm/75mm, with 2 oblong holes of 52mm/22mm
