Description

Tuto pose taud d'hivernage motor yacht - SNA by GUARDTEX

Choosing a winter cover is a strategic decision to preserve the appearance and equipment of your boat against external aggressions.
Using a mooring cover is one of the most effective ways to protect your boat from sun rays, rain, and other elements that can damage the hull and seats.

Sun rays, rain, and harmful elements can leave unwanted marks on the hull and upholstery of your precious vessel.

Polyester, a material favored in boat construction for its durability against UV rays, will fade and deteriorate on the surface.

This is where the mooring cover comes into play. It acts as an impenetrable shield, preserving the polyester surface from the ravages of UV rays.

The cover extends from bow to stern without covering the engine, stopping at the base of the railings.
Strap loops are sewn and/or eyelets through which a bungee cord passes, tensioned like a fastener around the bases to secure the cover.
No drilling is required as we use the natural attachment points available on the boat.

A vent is sewn in to ensure ventilation since the fabric used is waterproof. This marine fabric is a polyester cloth coated with PVC on both sides, gray in color, weighing 325g/m².

This protective tarp is to be used on land or at mooring. It must not remain on the boat during transport for two reasons: first, for safety, to prevent the cover from coming loose, and second, because friction caused by speed could damage the boat’s surface, causing premature wear.

It is important to note that the cover is not designed to withstand strong winds such as storms, cyclones, or hurricanes. It must be removed before the arrival of such weather conditions.

In two parts, attached from the inside to the handrail of the TTop (does not cover the TTop).
Connected by a zipper on port and starboard sides
Outer flap approximately 25 cm
