Flat deck cover for Jeanneau Cap Camarat 7.5 WA S2

Using a mooring cover is one of the most effective ways to protect your boat from sunlight, rain and other elements that can damage the hull and upholstery. Polyester is a material commonly used in boat construction. Although it is resistant to UV rays, it can deteriorate over time due to exposure to the elements. UV rays can cause polyester surfaces to fade and deteriorate. Using a mooring cover protects the polyester surface from UV rays, thereby extending the life of your boat.

When you invest in a Cap Camarat 7.5 WA S2, it is essential to protect it from the elements.

This full boat cover, covering the boat from bow to stern except for the guardrails, helps protect your boat from bad weather, dirt and UV damage.

Our boat cover is made to suit your needs, in either:

• marine-grade polyester tarp, coated on both sides and weighing 325 g/m².
• polyester fabric with a woven-fabric appearance

To ensure a secure fit, all existing attachment points on the boat are used, so no holes need to be drilled.

The marine fabric is secured around the cleats and at the base of the guardrails using either:
- Straps that wrap around the stainless-steel guardrails and/or cleats, then pass through a ladder-lock buckle. Pull firmly to tighten the strap. (A ladder-lock buckle is the flat buckle commonly found on backpacks, for example.)
- Shock cords that wrap around the stainless-steel guardrails and/or cleats and pass through eyelets.

Each cover is custom-made, taking into account the boating equipment on your boat (photos required). Boating equipment includes a bimini, frame, roll bar, towing arch, navigation light, antenna, etc. Please specify any relevant details when placing your order.

This protective cover is designed for use on land or at anchor. It must be removed when the boat is being transported for two reasons: first, for safety, as the cover could come loose; and second, wind resistance at speed could damage the surface of the boat and cause premature wear.

Please note that the cover is not designed to withstand strong winds, such as those associated with storms, cyclones or hurricanes. It must be removed before severe weather arrives. 

Strong winds have an even greater impact when the boat is ashore on a cradle, especially if it is elevated and not facing into the prevailing wind.
