Highfield HX6 Winter Cover

The HX6 winter cover for rigid inflatable boats is an essential piece of equipment to protect your boat from bad weather, UV rays, and dirt during the winter months or when it is not used for an extended period.

Since it is easy to handle, you can also put it back on between launches during the season.

The boat cover made by SNA is made from a high-quality marine material, composed of polyester coated with PVC on both sides and lightweight, 325g/m², which is half the weight of a truck tarp. The color is gray.

The cover protects the entire boat, from the front (from the bow roller, which remains accessible in 95% of our covers) to the transom, excluding the engine so it can be fully raised. You will find covers for your outboard motor on our website.
The tarp is attached to the float’s fender (also called the anti-snag strip, which absorbs shocks rather than having the float in direct contact) by hooks held together with a bungee cord. For balanced fastening, the bungee (thick elastic) passes through eyelets distributed around the entire perimeter of the tarp. To prevent the stainless steel eyelets from contacting the float, we sew a PVC flap underneath the eyelets. The plastic hooks attach to the gutter located under the fender. You will notice that installing the boat cover requires no drilling.

The bimini and roll-bar options must be indicated by selecting the option when adding the product to your cart. There is also a measurement form to fill out so we can plan the necessary openings for the roll-bar legs.

All seams are sewn with UV-resistant sail thread, ensuring very long durability for the covers.
