Description

Tuto pose taud d'hivernage semi rigide - SNA by GUARDTEX

Imagine a cover that goes beyond simple protection from the elements. Our marine covers are premium shields for your nautical investment.

Made from highly durable materials, they are specifically designed to withstand the harshness of the marine environment. Whether it’s the UV rays of the sun or moon, salty humidity, unexpected showers, bird droppings, or fallen leaves, our boat covers are designed to defend your vessel against all the challenges the sea may present.

The boat cover made by SNA is crafted from a nautical-grade material, composed of polyester coated with PVC on both sides and lightweight, 325g/m², which is half the weight of a truck tarp. The color is gray.

The cover protects the entire boat, from the front (from the bow roller, which remains accessible in 95% of our covers) to the transom, excluding the engine so it can be fully lifted. You will find covers for your outboard motor on our website.
The cover is attached to the float’s fender (also called the anti-chafing strip, it absorbs shocks so the float itself is not in direct contact) by hooks connected with a bungee cord. For balanced fastening, the bungee (thick elastic) passes through eyelets distributed around the entire perimeter of the cover. To prevent the stainless steel eyelets from contacting the float, we sew a PVC flap underneath the eyelets. The plastic hooks attach to the gutter located under the fender. For all fastening details, please refer to our video installation tutorial.

You will notice that installing the boat cover requires no drilling.
We use all the existing natural attachment points on your inflatable boat.

Every boat is unique, and our covers recognize that. Our commitment to customization means you will find the perfect size and shape for your vessel.

We check the console’s position when bolted, the presence of a bimini, roll-bar, railings…

For example, the console’s position when it is not molded must be confirmed with a measurement form that we send you after your order or that you can fill out immediately by downloading it.
Bimini and roll-bar options must be indicated by selecting the option when adding the product to your cart. There is also a measurement form to fill out so we can plan the necessary openings for the roll-bar legs.

We anticipate everything as much as possible so that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

The boat cover is equipped with a vent to ensure ventilation under the cover.

All seams are sewn with UV-resistant sail thread, ensuring great longevity for the covers.

The cover is delivered to you in a bag.

The marine protective cover is also an excellent solution to reduce maintenance time in favor of leisure time.

Please note that this full cover must be removed for road transport.

During navigation periods, it is useful to also have console and seat covers that you put on each evening instead of using the mooring cover.

Finally, you can be reassured by the exceptional quality of our boat cover, also commonly called a mooring cover, even though it is more difficult to install when the boat is in the water. Made by our company SNA in Brittany, which is a trusted company with 13 years of experience dedicated to customer satisfaction.
