Bolster Cover Prua Al Vento Jaguar 7.0

This protective cover for your bolster is designed and made in Brittany by SNA, the outdoor marine protection specialist.
It protects the seat’s faux leather from UV rays, which would otherwise cause it to fade, crack and eventually tear.

It is made from the finest materials to ensure a durable, hard-wearing product.

Choose from three materials to suit every budget. All three are waterproof; the main difference is how breathable they are. Non-breathable materials can cause condensation.

- For the best balance of quality and price, choose our lightweight technical fabric (325 g/m²) with a double PVC coating. Waterproof and easy to care for, it provides effective protection for your leaning post against UV rays and marine conditions. Please note that, as it is a coated fabric, a small amount of condensation may occur.

- With Dralon, there will be no condensation. This is a genuine woven fabric made from solution-dyed acrylic yarns. It is waterproof, breathable and resistant to fading from UV exposure.

- Or choose the middle-ground option: polyester, a highly durable, woven-look material that is waterproof and slightly breathable.

The cover is sewn with UV-treated sail thread and polyester webbing, which is also UV-resistant.

Boat attachment hardware is included.

Installation: The attachment method depends on the bolster’s design. If it has handles or space beneath the seat, the cover is usually secured with straps and quick-release buckles. If the leaning post is compact, the best way to keep the cover from blowing away is to screw two pad eyes onto the front and pass a strap through them with a ladder-lock buckle (a flat plastic buckle like the ones used on backpacks). Use the same setup at the back.
