Rear seat cover Bombard Explorer 690
Choose this custom-made cover manufactured in Brittany that perfectly fits your Explorer 690.
No surprises, it is a Premium production by SNA, the expert in marine protections. Your upholstery will be durably protected with this waterproof and durable cover.
Description
The cover protects the seat and backrest of your boat bench.
It is essential to cover the vinyl seat between each use. Without protection against UV rays, water, and salty air, the coating will fade, crack, and split, allowing water to penetrate the foam and the plastic or wooden supports, which will deteriorate.
Our assembly techniques guarantee our covers tear resistance, wind resistance, and waterproofing. They fold up and store easily.
The materials we use are all marine-grade. We use the best to ensure you a durable product.
All successfully fulfill the function of protecting your boat.
The choice is based on the material and therefore its price.
- Tarpaulin, which is a double-sided coated polyester, lightweight at 325 g/m² (half the weight of truck tarpaulin), gray color, folds easily. It should be noted that a tarpaulin cover is waterproof and offers the best price, but it will generate condensation.
- Woven look with a polyester coated on one side inside, lightweight at 300 g/m², which folds easily. This material is waterproof and slightly breathable.
- Fabric, which is a weave of solution-dyed acrylic threads, lightweight at 320 g/m², less flexible to fold when new. This textile has the advantage of being both waterproof and breathable, thus helping to prevent condensation formation.
The assembly is always done with UV-treated sail thread and polyester webbing to also resist UV rays.
The necessary fasteners for screwing onto the boat are always included, including stainless steel screws.
The cover is installed on the folded Explorer 690 rear bench. Bench reference 610897.
