Our response will differ depending on whether you have ordered a standard product or a custom-made product.

To return a standard product, we ask that you contact us Monday through Friday to obtain a return authorization. The product must then be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

Once the product has been received and inspected by the company, it will be refunded to your credit card, by bank transfer, or by check.

It is important to note that shipping costs for returning the product are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Due to their customized nature, it is difficult to accept returns and issue refunds for items that SNA has designed and manufactured according to the customer's specifications. In such cases, we try to find a solution to modify what does not meet your expectations. If there was an error on our part during customization, we will take responsibility for this mistake by offering you the choice to either receive a refund or have the product remade.
