Sun Lounger Cushion Center Bombard Explorer 530 SB II

Designed to replace the original cushion. Possibility to change the entire upholstery of the rigid inflatable boat or each cushion individually.

Complete cushion includes:

• High Resilience Foam 41kg/m³: Very firm to ensure the best comfort while navigating.
• Cover in faux leather fabric available in 3 colors: white, black, or gray, nautical quality with a PVC mesh or PVC plate backing depending on the original upholstery. To increase UV resistance, the faux leather fabric and sewing thread are treated with UV protection. The faux leather textile benefits from a PreFixx® finishing treatment (exclusive patented protector) which provides exceptional resistance to wear and stains. Light dirt can be removed with simple cleaning using water and soap. Stains such as ballpoint pen, lipstick, nail polish, mustard, nicotine, coffee, tea, Betadine, sunscreen, blood… can be removed using a detergent like Tep CuirNet (available on our website) or a mild acetone solvent.
• Adaptable fastenings: stainless steel inserts included in the PVC plates. Female snaps (nickel-plated brass Dot) are mounted under the cushions if originally provided.
• PVC support plate with stainless steel inserts (if originally present), pre-drilled at 2mm for hardware attachment. Use 25mm wood screws.
• Exception: hinges must be recovered from the original upholstery. The screw holes for these hinges are pre-drilled at 2mm under the PVC plate to facilitate locating and screwing.
• Protection under a cover or full canopy is strongly recommended to extend the lifespan of the cushion and the boat.
