It is essential to cover the faux leather seat between each use. Without protection against UV rays, water, and salty air, the coating will fade, crack, and split, allowing water to penetrate the foam and the plastic or wooden supports, which will deteriorate.

- Tarpaulin, which is a double-coated polyester, lightweight at 325 g/m² (half the weight of truck tarpaulin), gray color, folds easily. It is important to note that a tarpaulin cover is waterproof and offers excellent value for money; however, it can cause condensation to form.

- Woven appearance with polyester coated on one side inside, lightweight 300 g/m², folds easily. This material is waterproof and slightly breathable.

- Fabric, which is a weave of solution-dyed acrylic threads, lightweight 320 g/m², less flexible to fold when new. This textile has the advantage of being both waterproof and breathable, thus helping to prevent condensation.

The assembly is always done with UV-treated sail thread and polyester webbing that also resists UV.
When fittings need to be screwed onto the boat, they are always provided, including stainless steel screws.
